Email Marketing Campaign for enhancedCPETanalytics: Targeted Outreach for Medical SaaS

As part of the website development project for enhancedCPETanalytics — a SaaS platform in advanced cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET) analytics — we also implemented a targeted email marketing campaign to help the founder generate early interest while awaiting FDA approval.

We delivered a high-quality database of 30,000 targeted contacts, including:

• 10,000 physicians and doctors across the USA
• 20,000 academic scientists in relevant research fields

We designed and delivered 4 professional plain-text email templates tailored to introduce the innovative CPET analytics solution and invite recipients to book a demo.

Emails were sent from the client’s own domain and mailbox. Because the website was deployed from the same dedicated IP, the email server setup was smooth and deliverability was strong.

The campaign successfully generated multiple interested prospects who requested product demonstrations, helping the founder validate market demand and build initial momentum for the new venture.

As the project progressed, we also supported the migration of the domain to Hostinger on a dedicated server to ensure long-term scalability and performance.
